Allow us to introduce ourselves, we are Gerry and Emma Klotz, owner's of PRIME ROOFING.  I (Gerry) began working at Kingsville Roofing when I was 18.  While under their tutilage, I learned all aspects of both Shingle and Flat Roofing.  I worked at Kingsville Roofing for 12 years and what I learned there been invaluable to the success of PRIME ROOFING.  When Emma and I got married in 2001, we decided to try our hand at opening a roofing business.  Thus our roofing company was born.
 
We are first and foremost a family business.  When you hire us, you are hiring a family: not a large company with huge overhead such as offices, salespeople, and receptionists.  As a family business, we understand that any job you have to hire contractors for can be expensive; therefore, we do all we can to to work with you to give you the best roof possible for your hard-earned money -- We call this "Value".

We began as a full service re-roofing company and have successfully operated in that capacity for the past 10 years.  We proudly maintain an A+ rating with the BBB and Integrity Link.  We have not had one complaint in that time period and are extremely proud of this as we believe it is because we truly put our client's first. 

This year, we decided to add roof repairs, maintenance packages and consulting to our list of services.  We have learned that you dont need to replace your entire roof if just one part needs attention or is leaking. Furthermore, we saw a need for a company that helps people choose the best shingle and colour for their home  and ensure all the the Building Code and Shingle Warrantee requirements are adhered to.
