Question: If the break pads on your car failed, would you buy a brand new car?  We bet your answer is NO WAY!   The same is true with roofing.

BUT, DONT REPLACE IT!

You look up at your roof and everything looks fine; however, there is a leak.  You open the yellow pages and call 3 - 5 roofing contractors all of which tell you your entire roof needs replacing: FOR ONE LEAK.  To us, this doesnt make sense.  We say, REPAIR THE PROBLEM AREA, dont replace the entire roof.

Why, You Ask?

• It is a waste of money. Why spend $5,000 to replace your entire roof when all you need to spend  $300 to repair it.
  

• Replacing your entire roof due to one leak in one specific area is not an environmentally sound choice.  Why??? Because shingles are made of oil!
  

• Finally, different sides of your roof deteriorate at different rates.  Why replace the entire roof if all you need to do is repair one area ?
